Home glass · Toronto & the GTA
Toronto Glass Repair covers home glass across Toronto and the GTA: broken windows, glass doors, shower glass and mirrors. We answer 24/7 and send our own technician to your door the same day.
One call reaches a real technician, not a call centre, and the crew that picks up is the crew that shows up. We cover the glass around your house: home window glass repair, broken patio and entry doors, shower glass, mirror replacement, and the foggy sealed units that have lost their seal.
If a break has left your home open, we board up and secure on the same visit, then fit the permanent glass after.
Cracked, shattered or smashed window glass on any floor. We replace the glass in single and double-pane home windows and clear every broken piece before we leave.
Sliding patio doors, entry doors and French doors with broken or cracked glass. We replace the pane and get the door closing and locking again.
Shower glass repair and replacement for broken or cracked enclosures, framed and frameless. Shower panels are tempered safety glass, so a break means a full panel swap, not a patch.
Mirror replacement for bathroom, hallway, closet and wall mirrors that have cracked, chipped or pulled away from the wall. Cut and fitted to your opening.
Misted double-pane windows with condensation trapped between the panes. We swap the failed sealed unit and keep the existing frame in place.
When a pane is past repair, we supply and fit house window replacement glass to match the original thickness and spec, from a small bedroom pane to a large picture window.
Yes. Most broken home windows in Toronto and the GTA are fixed the same day you call. We carry common clear glass sizes on the van, so a standard pane is often done in a single visit.
Call us and we secure the opening on the same visit. For a clean break we replace the glass on the spot. For a forced or storm break that left a hole, we board up and secure first so the house is safe, then fit the new glass after.
Usually, yes. On most home windows and doors we replace only the broken glass and keep the existing frame and sash, which costs far less than a whole new unit. We replace the full frame only when it is rotted, bent or damaged beyond a safe glass swap.
On a standard wood, vinyl or aluminum home window we lift out the broken pane and fit new glass into the frame you already have, so a cracked bedroom window or a fogged sealed unit does not mean a full window replacement. Glass doors work the same way: the panel comes out and a new one goes in while the door, track and hardware stay.
If the frame itself is the problem, we tell you straight rather than push a bigger job.
It depends on the type of glass, the size of the pane and whether the job is a glass-only swap or a full unit. A small single pane of clear glass sits at the low end. A large double-pane window, a tempered shower panel or a sealed unit runs higher. We confirm the price before any work starts, with no surprise add-ons.
What drives the price:
A small clear pane is a modest job; a tempered shower panel is a bigger one. You will know which you have, and what it costs, before we start.

You are not booking through a call centre that farms the job out. The person who answers your call is one of our own technicians, and the same crew covers every piece of glass in your home: the broken window, the sliding door, the cracked shower panel, the mirror in the hall.
That means one visit, one quote and one team that knows the work, instead of three different contractors for three different rooms.
Yes. We handle shower glass repair and replacement for broken and cracked shower door glass and enclosure panels, both framed and frameless. Shower glass is tempered safety glass, which shatters into small pieces rather than cracking, so a damaged panel is replaced as a whole unit cut to fit your enclosure.
Yes. Mirror replacement is part of our residential glass repair work. We replace bathroom, vanity, closet, hallway and wall mirrors that have cracked, chipped or come loose, cut to your opening and fitted in place.
Yes. A foggy window with condensation between the panes means the sealed unit has failed. We replace the sealed glass unit and keep your existing frame, which clears the fog and restores the insulation without replacing the whole window.
Both. We respond same day to broken home windows and doors that leave a house open, and we also book planned residential glass repair like a fogged sealed unit, a tired mirror or a cracked pane that is not urgent. Same technicians either way.
We cover Toronto and the GTA for home glass, including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, North York and Etobicoke. Not listed? Tell us your location when you call and we will confirm same-day availability.
